Is God in or Outside of Time?

DR. CRAIG: I have a nuanced view of God's relationship to time. My view is that God existing alone without creation is timeless, but that with the moment of creation God enters into time in virtue of his real, causal relationship with the universe and in virtue of his knowledge of tensed facts (that is to say, what is now happening in the universe). So, on my view, God is timeless sans creation, but in time since the moment of creation.
