Blaine Conzatti, a research fellow at the Family Policy Institute of Washington, has argued that declining religious faith is one of the reasons for the increase in the suicide rate of young adults. The U.S. suicide rate of those aged between 20 and 35 has increased by 27% from 2000 to 2015.
